Shipping policy

At Hug Ease our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed and picked up for delivery within 1-3 business days. 
  
  
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. AU orders are shipped by Auspost, which is an Australian postal service company. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items will take anywhere from 2-12 business days to reach their destination.
  
  
• UK orders take 3-12 business days and can be tracked via the Australian post URL Below. 

• Tracking: Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number. Be sure to enter your email when purchasing the product to ensure you receive updates.
